Digital Downloads

 

Due to the immediate and irrevocable nature of digital downloads, we do not offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations once a file has been delivered.

 

 

Memberships

 

Membership payments are non-refundable. You may cancel at any time, and access will continue through the end of the current billing period.
